RETURNS

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

We offer returns within 14 days from the day you receive your item. You can return your product for store credit to go towards a different item or a full refund.

However there are exceptions to our returns policy:

• You must contact us before returning your items so we can try and resolve the issue. Any items sent back to us without initial contact first will not be exchanged!
• Returned items must have tags attached and be returned in their original product packaging
• They must not have any signs of wear or use
• All items must be returned to us within 14 days
• The original postage cost will not be refunded

Once a return is agreed. Please package up the item and send it back to the returns address.

Please include your name, address and order number. You can find your order number on the original email sent to you at the time of purchasing.

Also note that;

Utopia designer does not pay for your item to be returned.

Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:

• Pay in 30 days
• Pay in 3

Incorrect Item(s)

If you suspect that your order has been delivered with missing or incorrect item(s) please get in touch with us using: hello@utopiadesigner.co.uk

When contacting us, please quote your order number, full name and address – this makes it easier for us to find your order.

DELIVERY

All orders placed Monday to Friday up to 1pm BTS (excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched within 24hrs of purchase. Orders placed after 1pm BTS on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Same day click and collect is available Monday – Saturday. Please note, all orders must be placed on our website by 1pm BTS and collected from our store.

As soon as your items have been dispatched you’ll be sent a tracking number to the original email used to place the order.
